Abby Miller specializes in the defense of physicians and healthcare professionals in medical malpractice litigation and licensing and disciplinary matters.
Abby received her bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from the University of Portland and her law degree from Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law in 2009. During law school, Abby gained experience as a legal intern and as a certified law clerk. She is an active member of the Oregon and Washington state bar, associations and the Multnomah Bar Association.
In 2024, the Oregon Supreme Court appointed Abby to serve as a Judge Pro Tempore in Multnomah County Circuit Court. Pro tem judges sit as part-time volunteer circuit court judges. Abby hears civil summary judgment motions at least one day per month.
Abby was also a founding member of the Ambassador Council for Habitat for Humanity, Portland Metro and remains actively involved with Habitat for Humanity. When not in the office, Abby enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling and artistic pursuits.
